Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to provide comprehensive scheduling oversight for internal and external customers, coordinating regulatory and operator training requirements between the company and clients.

The role involves managing customer schedules, validating regulatory prerequisites, and serving as a primary contact for assigned programs, including interaction with regulatory agencies. Strong customer service and aviation knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or three (3) years’ related experience and/or training; equivalency years’ experience substitution must be in related field.
  • One to two years of aviation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of aviation terminology, FARs, and prerequisites for FlightSafety International courses as specified by FAA/NAA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manages scheduling of customers/clients and sends confirmations.
  • Creates and updates customer accounts and maintains client information.
  • Coordinates training schedules with customers and adjusts for regulatory requirements.
  • Verifies training objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Acts as primary contact for assigned programs with internal/external stakeholders including regulatory agencies.
  • Provides information on FlightSafety products/services to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
