Job summary

Solairus Aviation is currently seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at the KDJT airport. The ideal candidate will be a team player dedicated to service, safety, and integrity while delivering exceptional travel support for clients.

This role requires leadership of crew and maintenance training, scheduling, performance oversight, and adherence to FAA and Solairus policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing aviation teams
• Budget development and cost control experience
• College degree or advanced training in aviation or related field
• Interpersonal communication and problem solving abilities
• Experience in flight operations training and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work on an on‑call basis and relocate within 2 hours of KDJT
• Experience with FAA and industry best practices in flight operations

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA, and other regulations
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the training contractor
• Develops scheduling procedures for reliable aircraft and crew scheduling
• Manages PTO approvals and communicates schedule changes to flight coordinators
• Participates in interview processes for operational personnel
• Maintains training currency and monthly flight time records
• Promotes customer goodwill and professional service; supports SMS initiatives
