• Experience in environments implementing best practices in flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA, and regulations.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures for reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Reviews and approves time off and communicates schedule changes.
• Promotes customer goodwill and professional demeanor.
• Participates in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
