Qualifications

• FAA Dispatch License or Pilot License required.
• Bachelor's degree in aviation or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and coordination in fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem resolution and strong relationship building.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan trips and coordinate flight operations with attention to safety, regulatory compliance, and client service.
• Monitor NOTAMs, TFRs, slots, and international handling requirements for each flight segment.
• Communicate with FBOS, ground handlers, and dispatchers; arrange after-hours ops as needed.
• Utilize ForeFlight for trip planning, ensure fuel range and reserves.
• Adhere to FAA, international regs, and company OPS Manual; maintain weather and ATC status tracking.
• Review aircraft maintenance, hours, landings, and MELs; coordinate with MX planners.

Education

FAA Dispatch License
