Job summary

CAMP Systems International is seeking a Field Service Representative to cover our Western United States and Canada region, traveling to customer sites to deliver training, support, and solutions engineering. The role requires aviation knowledge, a consultative mindset, and excellent communication.

You will conduct on-site meetings, assess client needs, present CAMP product ideas, and coordinate with CAMP business units to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years’ experience in aviation maintenance, aviation management, technology engineering, consulting or professional services or an equivalent combination of these
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements from various regulatory bodies
• Experience performing needs assessments and making recommendations based on the discovered requirements
• Ability to facilitate teamwork within the various organizations of the company to serve the customer
• Ability to share knowledge and expertise among various organizations within the company
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Capability to schedule time and travel with flexibility to handle varying workload and meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and work multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent public speaking, written and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in English and other languages dependent on region supported (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site customer meetings to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer work processes and determine solutions that best meet customer needs
• Understand CAMP vision for products and evaluate approaches to implement effective solutions that deliver maximum business value
• Promote, plan, and execute customer training, demos, and seminars in various settings (both at customer sites and at industry events)
• Capture, troubleshoot, and elevate technical issues reported by customers
• Support coordinated activities between the various CAMP business units
• Participate in industry and OEM events, organizations, and associations
• Position requires extensive travel within the Western region (four days per week 80% / typically Mon-Thurs)
