Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to collaborate with military customers, perform site surveys, installations, and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• Experience with military customers and defense environments.
• Ranger Qualified or 18 Series preferred or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (OCONUS/CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with military customers to understand operational needs and issues.
• Effectively manage time to respond to service calls.
• Complete site surveys, system installations, troubleshooting procedures, and perform system checks.
• Perform small scale equipment moves and changes as needed.
• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on training in operational environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide basic system administration training to technical users.
