Job summary

CAMP Systems is seeking a Field Service Representative to cover the Western United States and Canada. You will be the face of CAMP, delivering on-site and remote support, training, and solutions engineering to aviation customers, with a focus on customer success and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has aviation maintenance or related experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with willingness to travel Mon-Thu and work collaboratively across CAMP’s teams.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years’ experience in aviation maintenance or related fields.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements from various bodies.
• Experience performing needs assessments and recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to serve customers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Western region (Mon-Thu).

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site customer meetings to build relationships.
• Use consultative approach to understand customer processes and propose solutions.
• Evaluate approaches to implement solutions delivering maximum business value.
• Promote, plan, and deliver customer training, demos, and seminars at various settings.
• Capture and escalate technical issues reported by customers.
• Coordinate activities between CAMP business units.
• Participate in industry events and associations.
• Travel extensively within the Western region (Mon-Thu, four days/week).
