Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex design-build projects from preconstruction through turnover and warranty. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, cost, procurement, contracts, and client relations across multiple teams.

This role focuses on aviation and federal facilities, ensuring reliability, resiliency, and operability. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones, manage risk, and ensure compliance with industry standards and

Qualifications

• The Bachelor’s degree in Construction related field is required.
• 7 years of relevant project management experience in construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, earned value.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to company safety programs and promote safety performance across the project team.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for single or multiple projects.
• Lead planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and establish critical project objectives.
• Develop and manage client relationships and interface on proposals and projects.
• Participate in risk reviews and coordinate with Legal as required.
• Negotiate prime contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Implement and audit the Project Execution Plan and related safety/quality plans.
• Develop staffing plans and coordinate multi-discipline teams across global practices.
• Ensure permits are secured and manage project documentation and closeout.
