Job summary

Burns & McDonnell in Minneapolis seeks a Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility Design-Build projects for aviation and federal clients. You will partner with project leadership to manage full lifecycle from planning through warranty, delivering safe, on-time, within-budget results while coordinating cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, construction management, engineering, or related field with 13 years PM experience.
• Progressive design-build/project risk management experience on aviation/government sectors preferred.
• Ability to obtain EPC PM/Program Manager certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and health performance of project team and subcontractors.
• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
• Negotiate and manage prime/subcontracts and change orders.
• Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Report project status, risks, schedule and costs to stakeholders.
