Job summary

NetJets in Columbus, OH seeks a Manager, FBO Services to lead and train the FBO Services team, ensuring safe, compliant operations and precise billing. You will supervise scheduling, conduct meetings, and maintain safety records while upholding the collective bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities include coordinating aircraft parking, fueling, de-icing, and ground support, developing policies, and fostering strong customer and vendor relationships at a demanding aviation facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field, or equivalent training and experience.
• Five (5) years FBO management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and obtain AOA badge.
• Working knowledge of 14 CFR 139.321 fueling requirements with fueling supervisor certification preferred.
• Experienced in aircraft de-icing operations, equipment and requirements.
• Excellent customer relations skills and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of all FBO services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain training records and assist in training program development.
• Monitor flight schedules and manage staff coverage.
• Coordinate aircraft parking, hangar needs and coordination with Maintenance/Operations.
• Ensure accurate service documentation and billing.
• Develop policies and procedures for line service operations.
