Job summary

NetJets in Columbus, OH is seeking a Manager, Aircraft Maintenance to lead the Repair Station management and field teams, ensuring safe, compliant maintenance, component repairs, and line service operations in line with FAA, DOT and company policies.

You will drive performance, coordinate work orders with customers, monitor metrics, and foster strong internal and external relationships while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 year's experience directly related to maintenance management.
• 3 year's experience in the maintenance of high performance jet aircraft
• Holds the appropriate rating.
• An understanding of turbine powered aircraft systems.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Capacity to work under high workload, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Remain in compliance with the driving record requirements outlined in the Vehicle Safety Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead Repair Station management and teams to safe, compliant maintenance work.
• Coordinate work orders with customers to meet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/DOT/OSHA/EPA and company policies.
• Coach and develop management staff; manage union relations per CBA.
• Oversee FBO services when supervisor off duty; assign work and monitor activities.
