Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for strategic Enterprise Aviation customers.
• Manage ongoing account activities including onboarding and long-term retention.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders to drive revenue.
