Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Aviation Maintenance, or Engineering Tech required or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of related aircraft maintenance or operations experience.
• 3 years maintenance or operations experience with Gulfstream models (GV/G550/G450, GIV, GII/GIII, G100, G200). Supervisory/management experience.
• A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer support issues and coordinate with internal teams to support complex events.
• Travel up to 25% to Gulfstream facilities or remote locations to coordinate support for complex programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage fleet maintenance, operations, and programs.
• Lead regional customer support initiatives and ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain procedures to improve reliability and uptime of Gulfstream fleets.
