Job summary

Gulfstream in Savannah, GA seeks a Technical Operations Supervisor for the Tech Ops Large Cabin Mechanical Team. You will lead highly skilled technicians in maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and ensuring airworthiness of large-cabin aircraft systems.

You will develop team capability, drive safety and compliance, and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Customer Support to meet objectives and customer expectations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in aircraft maintenance or technical operations.
• Extensive knowledge of large-cabin mechanical/electromechanical systems.
• Experience leading investigations and driving corrective actions.
• Familiarity with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements in aircraft maintenance.
• Experience mentoring technical personnel and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage group to align with CIO, Organizational, EIP, and Contact Center goals.
• Oversee after-hours and weekend staffing and workload distribution.
• Support AOG reports and ensure timely distribution.
• Develop and implement staff training plans and performance evaluations.
• Supervise systems specialists and ensure timely department deliverables.
• Coordinate field and service center actions for Return To Service (RTS) and troubleshooting plans.
• Lead root-cause analyses and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
