Job summary

The Technical Services Manager at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah leads the Technical Operations groups to ensure the highest level of customer support for in-service transport aircraft. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in aviation maintenance required or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of related aircraft technical support experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to plan, lead and optimize technical operations and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Chair daily Service Fleet Status Report (SFSR) to identify safety issues and direct support.
• Provide direction to Technical Operations Supervisors and prioritize special work assignments.
• Manage departmental metrics, staffing plans, and reporting to senior management.
