Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation seeks a Technical Operations Systems Specialist II for the AOG FAST Center in Savannah. You will serve as the primary liaison for internal and external customers, guiding installation, service, repair, and maintenance of Gulfstream aircraft systems and support equipment.

Experience with product support networks and Lean process improvements is highly valued. The role requires a Bachelor's in aviation maintenance or engineering tech, plus 5 years relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance, engineering technology, or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years aircraft related maintenance and operations experience required.
• An A&P license, EASA B1/B2 FlightSafety Master Technician and four additional years related aircraft experience may offset the degree.

Responsibilities

• Responds to in-flight emergency calls and coordinates resources to provide technical data during events.
• Provides technical consultation to customers, Service Center, Product Support, and internal teams for resolutions.
• Conducts in-depth system reviews to develop troubleshooting plans for operator/aircraft needs.
• Directs exchange of technical data to provide repair drawings for damaged aircraft in the field.
• Develops and updates troubleshooting procedures and test equipment for Gulfstream aircraft.
• Implements Lean improvements to internal processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reinforces customer satisfaction and acts as advocate for the customer.
