Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the Structures Fuselage and Interiors teams, overseeing support for in-service aircraft and AOG/Non-AOG scenarios. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field and at least 10 years of experience, with 5 years in supervisory roles; A&P license is preferred.

You will report to upper management, develop staffing plans, and liaison with customers, delivering high levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field required.
• 10 years of experience providing technical support to in-service transport aircraft.
• 5 years progressively responsible supervisory experience in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Chair the daily SFSR meeting and direct support efforts.
• Set priorities and provide technical and non-technical advisement.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Forecast manpower needs and staffing gaps.
• Develop training plans and conduct performance reviews.
• Interface with owners/operators to resolve aircraft issues.
• Communicate project status to senior management.
• Manage large Product Support projects with resources.
• Oversee 24/7 Airborne Product Support dispatch.
• Support events and forums as needed.
