Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah location seeks a Field Service Representative to act as the primary technical liaison for customers in Europe. You will provide AOG and non-AOG support, coordinate with TechOps and vendors, and ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery for Gulfstream aircraft.

Ideal candidates hold an aviation maintenance degree, an FAA A&P license (preferred), and 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to legally reside and be employed in the Europe region without visa sponsorship.
• English required; multiple languages preferred but not required.
• A&P license (FAA) or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation maintenance or related field required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer regional contact for technical guidance from Gulfstream's Customer Support network.
• Provide in-person or remote AOG and non-AOG support; coordinate between TechOps, FAST, vendors, and customers.
• Act as SME for local customs and operations; escalate issues to Gulfstream management to resolve.
• Coordinate logistics, resources, and vendors to repair aircraft worldwide on any day at any time.
• Guide customers on complex technical tasks and proper installation, service, and maintenance of equipment.
• Gather and communicate technical data; submit ASRs when significant incidents impact service.
• Develop skills to progress toward Sr Field Service Representative responsibilities.
• Provide timely reports to Operations Manager and contribute to SOP updates.
