Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain credentials per airport/state requirements.
• One year of relevant aviation or ground handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, seating, and special needs.
• Handle ticketing, reservations, and boarding support using a computerized system.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
