Job summary

The supervisor reports to the General Manager and will drive performance, discipline where needed, and staff development, with duties spanning planning, reporting, and daily operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the team.

• Manage the operational activities of the department in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee staff with varied duties and ensure on-time performance and quality customer service.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
