Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Operations Agent in our Ground Handling Department to act as a liaison between dispatchers, flight crew, and ground personnel. This role logs and relays gate changes, cancellations, service requests, and other flight information.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to communicate across all levels of management. Starting rate: $16.80 per hour.

• Ability to work independently meeting specified deadlines.
• Ability to work well and communicate with all levels of management and support staff.
• Advanced ability with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience with internal controls processes for accountable items.

Responsibilities

• Log and relay gate changes, cancellations, service requests, and other pertinent flight information to the respective department personnel.
• Serve as a liaison between dispatchers, flight crew, utility, catering, gate, and ground personnel.
• Work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
