Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Gate Agent for our Ground Handling Department. You will support passengers by boarding audits, assist customers with special needs, and help with flight changes while ensuring safety and service standards.

The role demands good communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced airline environment. Training is provided; shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
