Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Gate Agent for our Ground Handling Department. You will assist passengers with boarding, monitor boarding, help customers with needs, and adjust itineraries and seats.

Training is provided and the role requires lifting up to 70 pounds and working all shifts. Starting at $17.71 per hour, the position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication in a busy airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.

• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
