Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Gate Agent to support ground handling and boarding operations. You will assist passengers, monitor boarding, and help customers with special needs while ensuring a smooth, safe travel experience.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, work various shifts, and complete the Gate Agent training. Starting rate is $18.00 per hour with benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change customer flight itineraries and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway and support a team in delivering excellent service.
