Job summary

The Ohio State University Airport is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and by phone, at the Knowlton Executive Terminal. You will prep the FBO for opening/closing, greet customers, and relay requests to line staff to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, billing for meeting rooms, and supervising student workers while handling clerical tasks and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or communications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Aviation knowledge is a plus; ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and provide information on OSU aviation programs and services.
• Dispatch requests to line service staff using two-way radio.
• Register transient aircraft and manage scheduling and billing for Knowlton Flight Center meeting rooms.
• Oversee student employees and provide task instructions.
