Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent Lead at our Columbus, OH location to supervise a team of agents and ensure outstanding passenger service. The role emphasizes facilitating check-in and boarding, training staff, and coordinating schedules to support smooth airport operations.

You will address escalated issues, uphold airline procedures, and collaborate with other airport departments to maintain a positive, safe, and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Agent.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Credentials such as FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of customer service agents, ensuring high-quality passenger service.
• Train and mentor new agents in customer service protocols and airport procedures.
• Coordinate staff schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally and tactfully.
