Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of experience in scheduling, operations, logistics, dispatch or related role.
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn crew scheduling systems such as RAIDO.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Detail oriented with multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to obtain airport security clearances.

Responsibilities

  • Open scheduling operations using shift checklist to ready for control functions.
  • Monitor RAIDO to ensure duty time limits and qualifications.
  • Track crewmember duty/rest to stay compliant with Part 117/121.
  • Enter crewmember changes in RAIDO as changes occur.
  • Coordinate with on-duty Dispatcher and monitor crew legality.
  • Ensure training records are complete before scheduling duties.
  • Coordinate travel, hotel and car rental requests for crews.
