Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on aviation projects across the United States. The role requires leading safety, coordinating subcontractors, and driving on-time, on-budget project delivery with close collaboration with owners and design teams.

You will develop work plans, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure QA/QC through project lifecycle while promoting JE Dunn’s culture and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction experience; 3+ years field supervision experience; Lean principles preferred.
• Experience with aviation-type projects preferred; ability to manage safety, quality and cost across complex jobs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture on projects and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors, materials, equipment and project workflow.
• Develop work plans, schedules and budgets; track progress and cost-to-complete.
• Coordinate field staffing and resource needs; participate in project reviews and closeouts.
• Ensure documentation, QA/QC and regulatory compliance across the project.
