Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Aviation type projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with some complexity.
• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and documentation; prepare progress reports.
