Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute assigned projects with a focus on aviation works. Travel 100% across the United States, coordinating safety, budget and schedule with internal teams and subcontractors.

The role requires 5+ years of construction experience and at least 3 years of field supervision, with Lean and aviation project exposure preferred. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; preferred Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction experience with 3+ years field supervision.
• Experience with Lean principles and aviation-type projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of project safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow; coordinates care of site.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/QC; tracks budgets and costs.
