Job summary

Modern Aviation in Englewood, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for private and corporate aviation clients. You will handle service requests, coordinate ground services, and ensure a seamless experience within the FBO environment.

Ideal candidates will deliver proactive, personalized service, manage bookings and invoices, and collaborate with Line Service, Operations, and leadership teams to maintain high standards and timely departures.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, personalized service to private and corporate aviation clients.
• Greet and assist passengers and flight crews with professionalism and care.
• Arrange hotels, catering, and ground transportation as needed.
• Coordinate aircraft services such as fuel, hangar storage, and other requests.
• Educate customers on services, promotions, and programs; handle questions and service recovery.
