Job summary

Modern Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional, professional, and personalized service to private and corporate aviation customers. As the first point of contact in the FBO, you will manage service requests and ensure a positive, seamless experience even in fast-paced conditions.

You will coordinate with flight crews, arrange accommodations, ground transport, and catering, and educate customers on available services, promotions, and programs while upholding

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, personalized service to private and corporate aviation clientele.
• Meet, greet, and assist passengers and flight crews with professionalism and care.
• Arrange services including hotel accommodations, catering, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate aircraft services such as fuel, hangar storage, and other operational requests.
• Educate customers on available services, promotions, and programs.
• Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide service recovery as needed.
