Job summary

Eastern Air Express is seeking a Charter Logistics Coordinator at Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro, NC. You will verify and coordinate all readiness items for each charter flight, ensuring dispatch compliance, weather review, crew legitimacy, and onboard personnel readiness.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in airline operations, and proficiency with scheduling software. On-site work at GSO with irregular hours and travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in airline operations, dispatch, charter coordination, or a related aviation operations role.
• Working knowledge of flight release/dispatch processes, crew legality basics, MEL procedures, and international clearance requirements preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open items under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• For each charter flight, verify and coordinate all mission-readiness items on a defined timeline prior to departure.
• Ensure dispatch, weather checks, crew show times, and required onboard personnel are aligned with flight plans.
• Coordinate ground logistics, including guards, nurses, fuel, MEL/maintenance, and catering requirements.
• Maintain real-time coordination checklist/status board and escalate gaps early to prevent delays.
