Job summary

Eastern Air Express seeks a Charter Logistics Coordinator at Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro, NC. You will oversee mission-readiness for each charter, ensuring timely dispatch, weather checks, crew readiness, and security arrangements.

Responsibilities include MEL/CDL review, FME assignment, CBP/APHIS coordination, fuel planning, and on-site coordination with ground handlers. This role requires a flexible schedule and on-site work at GSO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in airline operations, dispatch, crew scheduling, or charter coordination.
• Familiar with flight release/dispatch, MEL procedures, and CBP/APHIS clearance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many items under time pressure.
• Excellent communicator across departments and vendors; on-site collaboration.
• Proficient with Excel/Office; experience with scheduling software a plus.

Responsibilities

• For each charter flight, verify and coordinate all mission-readiness items on a defined timeline prior to departure.
• Manage dispatch confirmation, weather review, crewing, and show times; ensure security staffing and onboard medical coverage when needed.
• Coordinate fuel, MEL/CDL review with Maintenance, and confirm aircraft readiness.
• Track aircraft green time and coordinate CBP/APHSIS clearance and catering as required.
• Maintain real-time coordination board and escalate gaps before delays, plus post-flight debriefs.
