• Fuel Accounting & Reconciliation: daily/weekly/monthly processing and reconciliation of fuel invoices and expenses
• Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing: code and process fuel invoices, review cost variances
• Vendor & Pilot Communication: serve as primary contact for fuel vendors and pilots on pricing and invoicing
