Job summary

flyExclusive, LLC is seeking an Aircraft Fuel Specialist to manage fuel invoices, payments, and related costs with accuracy and timeliness. You will reconcile fuel purchases, deliveries, and consumption, and serve as the primary contact for vendors and pilots on fuel needs.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–4 years in accounts payable or related finance work. Office-based in Raleigh, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• 2–4 years in accounts payable or finance roles; experience with high-volume AP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform fuel accounting, reconciliations, and AP processing daily/weekly/monthly.
• Reconcile purchases, deliveries, and consumption across stations.
• Communicate with vendors and pilots on invoices, pricing, and credits.
• Ensure compliance and maintain audit-ready fuel records.
• Utilize Airtable, Intacct, Fuelerlinx, Coupa and Expensify for data & reporting.
