Job summary

StandardAero in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Finance Controller, Enterprise Asset Management, to lead the company’s global asset management finances, including engine trading, parts sales, and leasing. You will partner with senior leaders to align asset management investments with MRO goals and drive cross-functional collaboration across Engine Services and Component Repair Services.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years experience in accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities.
• Strong business acumen with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Change management, operational excellence and continuous improvement track record.
• Experience with financial software or technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement financial reporting, forecasting and operations management systems.
• Engage finance stakeholders across Engine Services and Component Repair Services.
• Develop and deliver AOP/LRP commitments and risk management.
• Lead monthly/quarterly close processes and KPI analysis.
• Develop financial policies to improve profitability and competitiveness.
