Job summary

StandardAero in Maryville, TN is seeking a Manager of Engine Leasing to lead lease transactions for LEAP and CFM56 assets. You will coordinate availability, optimize asset utilization, and manage relationships with global customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate records and timely invoicing.

The role requires five years in aerospace leasing, strong data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Finance, with occasional travel and after-hours support for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in aerospace/aviation with engine leasing or asset management.
• Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
• Ability to travel and provide after-hours support for AOG requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end engine lease transactions for LEAP and CFM56 assets, from documentation through delivery and return.
• Serve as key contact for global customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate engine availability, deployment, utilization, and asset lifecycles.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, vendors, OEMs, and customers to prioritize requirements.
• Maintain accurate lease, asset, and customer records across systems and databases.
