Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Controller for its aerospace manufacturing facility in Wichita.

You will lead accounting, cost accounting, inventory, and financial reporting under GAAP, partnering with plant leadership to ensure accurate product costing and strong financial performance in a regulated environment. Responsibilities include month-end close, internal controls, audits, and capital investment analysis for machinery and tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA/CMA certification preferred.
• 5+ years in aerospace or defense manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end close for a lean finance team.
• Analyze variances vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Oversee cost accounting, labor, material, and overhead variances.
• Coordinate audits and maintain internal controls.
• Support pricing decisions and capital investment analysis.
