Job summary

StandardAero seeks a seasoned Manager, Engine Leasing to oversee end-to-end lease transactions for LEAP and CFM56 engines, manage customer relationships, and optimize asset utilization across Commercial Engine Services.

You will coordinate across Sales, Operations, shop teams, OEMs, and vendors, maintain records, handle invoicing, analyze performance, and support AOG needs in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in aerospace/aviation, including engine leasing or related areas.
• Experience managing customer relationships or commercial transactions in a business-to-business environment.
• Experience coordinating transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and maintaining business records or databases.
• Ability to travel as required and provide after-hours support when needed for AOG requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lease transactions for LEAP and CFM56 engines, including StandardAero-owned assets, from documentation through delivery and return.
• Build relationships with global customers and internal stakeholders, supporting a consistent customer experience.
• Coordinate engine availability, deployment, utilization, and asset lifecycles to maximize asset value.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, shop teams, vendors, OEMs, and customers to prioritize requirements and delivery.
• Maintain accurate lease, asset, and customer records across applicable systems and databases.
• Prepare and review monthly invoices; resolve discrepancies and coordinate service invoices and payments.
• Analyze revenue, margin, and asset performance; identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Provide or participate in after-hours AOG support to facilitate rapid asset deployment.
• Support enterprise initiatives related to asset optimization and process improvements.
• Drive enterprise collaboration to standardize processes across divisions in a matrixed environment.
