Job summary

StandardAero is seeking a Finance Controller, Enterprise Asset Management, to oversee financial responsibility for the global asset management portfolio, including engine trading, parts sales, and leasing. You will partner with senior leaders to align investments with MRO goals and work with Engine Services and Component Repair Services finance teams to foster cross‑unit collaboration.

The role requires leading financial control activities, developing strategic plans, and driving KPI performance

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the US.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
5+ years of accounting, budgeting, financial planning & analysis or related financial activities.

Responsibilities

Design and implement financial reporting, forecasting and operations management systems to drive performance across the Asset Management Portfolio at StandardAero.
Engage and influence finance stakeholders in Engine Services and Component Repair Services to ensure alignment of focus and action.
Develop and deliver annual operating and long-range plans (AOP/LRP) with risks & opportunities management supporting monthly forecasts.
Develop and implement financial policies and programs to enhance profitability.
Lead monthly/quarterly close processes and analyze financial performance focusing on revenue, EBITDA, cash flow.
