Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time onsite role in Melbourne, FL. The position involves processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with SAP and Corridor, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. It offers growth into a permanent position and operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework in accounting or business preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business is a plus.
• CAPP certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily invoices and credit memos in Corridor and non-PO invoices in SAP.
• File electronic invoices and credit memos in SharePoint promptly.
• Enter disputes and items awaiting approval in Excel and keep records up to date.
• Monitor and manage the AP email inbox and respond to vendors and internal stakeholders.
