Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Melbourne, FL office. You will process daily invoices and credit memos, reconciling statements and supporting timely payments in a fast-paced aviation industry environment.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes. This onsite position offers potential for a permanent role and professional growth within our finance team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of accounts payable or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with Corridor and SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Some college coursework preferred; associate/bachelor's a plus.
• CAPP certification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily invoices and credit memos in Corridor and non-PO invoices in SAP.
• File electronic invoices and credit memos in SharePoint in an organized manner.
• Enter disputes and items awaiting approval into Excel and keep records up to date.
• Monitor and manage the AP email inbox and respond to vendors/internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on aged balances and past-due invoices.
• Reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements and ensure proper documentation.
• Document and reconcile travel advances and employee expense reports.
• Support and prioritize weekly check runs for timely payments.
• Perform other AP and finance duties as assigned; contract to hire in Melbourne, FL.
