The position begins onsite for training, with remote Fridays after the initial period, and offers potential for contract-to-hire and quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounts payable experience
• Strong understanding of full AP process
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems SAP/Oracle
• Ability to use prebuilt VLOOKUP in Excel
• Proficiency in reconciliation of vendor accounts
• Ability to manage deadlines during high-volume processing
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication with vendors and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Review and enter vendor invoices with high accuracy
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving docs
• Route invoices for approvals per policy
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized AP files and records
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally
• Assist with month-end close and accruals
• Support audits with documentation and explanations
• Handle high-volume processing (50100+ invoices/day)
• Utilize ERP systems and Excel to streamline AP
• Perform other AP/finance duties as assigned
