Job summary

Sherwood Aviation is seeking an Account Manager Administrator to support the Account Management team in the aerospace sector. The role involves handling customer accounts, processing orders, maintaining records, and coordinating internal communications to ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced aviation environment, while delivering professional service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in administrative, sales support, customer service or account management.
• Aviation, aerospace, aircraft parts distribution or MRO experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and order processing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to Account Managers.
• Assist with managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate information.
• Respond to inquiries regarding quotations, PO numbers, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain communication with customers to provide order updates and address concerns.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and account-related activities.
• Support CRM initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with collecting, reviewing, and organizing aviation documentation (COC, FAA 8130-3, EASA 1).
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure documentation meets requirements.
• Verify documentation is available and maintained for orders.
• Assist with compliance to procedures, specs, and industry standards.
• Support customer audits and inspections documentation requests.
