ERamirez, a leading talent agency, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Avaya Developer for a 6-month on-site contract in Las Vegas, NV. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Avaya Aura, ACM, and IVR systems, along with proficiency in Java, AWS, and OpenShift.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and requirement analysis skills, coupled with extensive programming experience on Avaya ACM. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Avaya solutions, including IVR, call flows, vectors, and adjunct routing. Strong hands‑on knowledge of Avaya Session Manager and Avaya IVR is essential.

Responsibilities

• Extensive programming experience on Avaya ACM, working knowledge of IVR, call flows, vectors, and adjunct routing.
• Contribute to system architecture, design principles, and implementation.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, including reporting, organization, written and oral communication, and task prioritization.
• Communicate program updates effectively using tools like PowerPoint and Visio.
• Collaborate with teams on QoS configurations, jitter, diagnosing and tuning QoS, and performing bandwidth analysis.
• Work as a highly motivated and self‑directed individual.
