Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking an AV/VTC Mid-Level Technician to provide operational support and maintenance for conference room systems, collaboration platforms, and user assistance in Washington, DC.

You will set up rooms, troubleshoot issues with Teams, Zoom, and WebEx, manage inventories, and work with customers to ensure seamless meetings during standard business hours with occasional after-hours support. This role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience; CTS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AV/VTC support experience.
• Experience with video conferencing platforms including Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
• Knowledge of audiovisual hardware and systems.
• Strong customer support and communication skills.
