Job summary

Strativia is seeking a mid-level AV/VTC Specialist to provide hands-on audiovisual and video conferencing support for meetings, conferences, webinars, and daily collaboration within a federal enterprise environment.

You will configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment and VTC endpoints, support live events, monitor quality, and resolve issues across Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Poly RealPresence, delivering reliable services to users.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in AV/VTC environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise conferencing platforms.
  • Experience troubleshooting codecs, cameras, microphones, displays, and switching equipment.
  • Strong customer-service and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
  • Ability to complete and maintain a Public Trust background investigation.

  • Document maintenance activities, system issues, and performance.
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate and support service-level requirements.

Job description

Purpose

The AV/VTC Mid-Level Specialist provides hands-on audiovisual and video conferencing support for meetings, conferences, virtual events, and day-to-day collaboration activities within a federal enterprise environment.

  • Support live meetings, conferences, webinars, and virtual events.
