Job summary

ACES Group seeks an Audio-Visual Project Officer to support the Office of the DoW Chief Information Officer. The role focuses on creating training, audio-visual, and communications materials for the Workforce Innovation Division and the DoW Cyber Workforce (DCWF).

The candidate will develop modules, videos, executive briefs, and reports, ensuring accessibility per Section 508. Active Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of general experience in training development and production of audio-visual training materials.
• Experience developing training materials for social media and digital distribution.
• Strong knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements for digital content.
• Experience using Canva and the Adobe Acrobat suite for training deliverables.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear training and communications products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and deliver Cyber workforce training materials for employees, managers, and HR personnel.
• Develop training modules that provide upskilling opportunities for the Cyber workforce.
• Create video training, audio-visual materials, and communications products to raise DCWF awareness.
• Explain program mechanics including Cyber occupational structure, placement, and benefits.
• Produce executive briefs, reports, and information papers for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate complex information into training materials.
• Ensure all materials meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.
