Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC seeks an experienced A/V Support Technician to assist the DOJ with AV services, including video conferencing, site visits, and ticket-based support. The role is on-site in Washington, DC, requiring an active Secret clearance and a strong customer-service focus.

The candidate will resolve AV issues at DOJ offices, keep ITSM updated, and help design new or enhanced AV systems. Certifications such as CTS and DM-NVX-N are preferred and must be pursued within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting customer’s A/V operations.
• Hands-on AV experience with Crestron and/or Extron A/V equipment, Polycom, Cisco, or LifeSize VTC.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the project team and Exec Leadership.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and working in tight spaces.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain; existing clearance preferred.
• Associate’s degree in IT or related field.
• Certifications: CTS and DM-NVX-N (to obtain within 60 days of hire); CCSP and CTS-I are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and strive to meet them.
• Support requests escalated from Tier 1 Call Center.
• Update ITSM with ticket status and resolutions.
• Visit DOJ offices to resolve A/V issues.
• Inspect DOJ sites every two weeks to ensure equipment is operational.
• Gather user input for AV design and enhancements.
• Assist with SOPs, brochures, guides, and knowledge articles.
